In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we will shield you from the stress and re-rent the property promptly.
If we are unable to lease your home in 30 days or less we will give you ONE month of management free.
We want our owners to have peace of mind when renting out their property. That is why we ensure owners have been provided with a qualified applicant summary before we send out a lease.
We guarantee that received rent will be disbursed to you on or before the 10th of every month. In the rare event that Tide received on-time tenant pay, but rent is delayed, we will waive the management fees for that month, ensuring your financial stability.
We implement robust tenant screening procedures to minimize eviction risks. In the event of an eviction of a resident that we place, we will cover eviction costs. We will also waive the leasing fee for the next tenant.
We are committed to delivering exceptional service to our owners. If you are not satisfied with the services rendered in the first 90 days, we will refund our management fees, demonstrating our commitment to service excellence and owner satisfaction.
