I’m a Property Manager with Tide Property Management, where I oversee a diverse portfolio of single-family and multifamily homes across South Carolina. My role includes everything from leasing and renewals to maintenance coordination, resident relations, and financial oversight.

With a passion for helping people, she’s also pursuing a career in medicine and aspires to become a pediatrician. Pierce Fryga is from Lexington, SC. He is also an active member of the SC Army National Guard. When Pierce and his wife Emily moved to Charleston they fell in love with the Lowcountry. Prior to working at Tide PM Co. Pierce worked in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Sales. He has also worked with the Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) as the Disaster Preparedness Coordinator of the Lowcountry.

Pierce is primarily focused on delivering premium-level services to all of his clients and helping them meet their goals through property management. His local market expertise makes him an asset to your property management needs.

Joel is the Business Development Coordinator at Tide Property Management, where he plays a key role in connecting property owners with the support, guidance, and service they need to manage their rentals with confidence. Though new to the property management industry, Joel brings over a decade of successful sales experience and a proven talent for building relationships over the phone.

Before joining Tide, Joel spent more than a year with Northwest Builders and Renovation, a respected general contractor, where he gained valuable insight into construction, property upkeep, and the needs of homeowners and investors. His background in sales and construction gives him a well-rounded understanding of what property owners care about most — reliability, communication, and results.

Known for his professionalism, strong communication skills, and ability to make clients feel comfortable from the very first conversation, Joel is committed to helping Tide set the standard for service in the Charleston area.

Denise Humphrey is a dedicated property management professional committed to building and maintaining exceptional relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors. With more than 12 years of experience managing single-family homes, short-term vacation rentals, and community associations, she is known for providing responsive, knowledgeable, and results-driven service. Denise manages her portfolio with integrity, professionalism, and strong attention to detail, ensuring owners and residents receive outstanding support.

A Charleston, South Carolina native and graduate of the College of Charleston, Denise currently resides on Daniel Island. She is proud to be a member of the Tide Property Management team and is passionate about fulfilling the company's mission of treating everyone with kindness while delivering exceptional service and honest, transparent communication. My name is Stephanie Thomas, and I am a seasoned real estate professional with expertise in Charleston residential properties since 2010. I have been an active agent in Property Management for the past seven years, transitioning into the role of Leasing Manager/Property Manager after my success as Assistant Property Manager and Renewal Specialist.
