Some news we've been excited to share for a while: Tide Property Management is opening an office in Charlotte.
Starting July 1, 2026, we'll be managing properties from our new office in the heart of uptown Charlotte, at 615 S College St, 9th Floor, Charlotte, NC 28202. It's the same Tide you already know, with kindness, honest communication, and management that actually protects your investment, now planted in a new market.
Here's what the Charlotte office covers. On the North Carolina side, we're serving Mecklenburg, Gaston, Lincoln, Iredell, Rowan, Cabarrus, and Union counties. And we're crossing the state line into South Carolina, including York and Lancaster counties. Whether your rental is in the city or out in the surrounding suburbs, there's a good chance it now falls within our coverage area.
